While we find most online shops very uncertain about their shipping delays during these times, we take this opportunity to step up and provide the best customer service and shipping service out there.

Here is a clear outline of what you can expect and what we guarantee during COVID 19:

1. Online Orders

  • Our shipping department is shipping online orders daily. We are currently receiving a high volume of orders but are NOT backlogged.

  • The delay to pick and pack an order is 24 hours. This means your order is packed within the 24 hours it is placed. 

  • Orders placed before 11am, will get picked up by UPS SAME DAY. 

  • If UPS does not pickup we drive the orders directly to the depot.

  • We do not pack and ship on Saturday and Sunday. 

    2. Boutique Temporarily Closed

    • To keep our communities safe, our boutique will be closed until further notice. Until then, you can continue to shop Online. 

    3. Extended RETURN Timelines

    • We have extended our Return window to 60 days. 

    4. Customer Service

    • Our customer support is open daily (except Saturday) we promise to respond to your request within 3 hours.
