Why is the price on the checkout page different than the price on the product page (for US and International Customers)
The checkout currency is CAD (Canadian Dollars)
You may use the currency selector at the top right hand of the menu bar to select your local currency, however, when you arrive to the checkout page, the CAD (Canadian Dollar) amount will be shown.
Your credit card will be charged in CAD (Canadian Dollars). You credit card or Paypal will make the conversion into your currency.
Do I have to pay duty and import charges?
Europe, UK, ASIA: We do not offer DDP (Duty Delivery Paid) yet. Please consult your local customs agency for more information.
Back in stock / Will you be getting any more?
Please select the size you would like and a button "Email Me When Available" will appear. Upon signing up to this, you will automatically be notified once the item is back in stock.
Do you price match?
Provided that the exact item (size, color, model and year) is in stock elsewhere and is selling for a lower price, BOUTIQUETAG.COM will match all items it sells. In order to request a price match, please send an email prior to completing the purchase and we will be able to assist you with this.
- The item must be in stock on a competitors website.
- It must be identical colour, size, style and model year of fabrication.
- The item must be sold by another authorized retailer.
- We require a link as proof of this price.
Pick up in store / Return to store
You may pick up or return orders in our Montreal Store. Once you add the item to cart, please select "Store Pickup" and you will have an option to schedule the pickup during a date and time that is convenient for you.
When will I receive my order?
Orders within Canada:
Ontario + Quebec: 1-2 Days
Rest of Canada: 3-7 Days
Order within USA: 2-5 Days
International orders shipped with DHL: 2 Days

What currency will I be charged in / What exchange rate do you use?
Your credit card will be charged in CAD (Canadian Dollars). You may use the currency selector at the top right hand of the menu bar to view an approximate exchange rate. Please note, this is not a guaranteed rate, rather a close indication to what will appear on your credit card statement. For a closer idea of what will be charged, we recommend contacting your financial institution.
Do you ship with hanger / garment bag?
Upon request we may provide branded garment bags and hangers. Please specify that you would like to receive this in your order notes prior to completing the purchase. If the brand of the item you purchased offers hangers and garment bags we will provide this by default, otherwise, we will provide our own BOUTIQUE TAG branded bag and hanger.

How much will it cost to ship back my return?
Shipping with the local courrier postal service will always be the least costly method. You may ship using this service, however we require a tracking number for reasons of safety.
If for any reason, there is a mistake in your order, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Are the items authentic?
We guarantee 100% authenticity of all products we sell. Simply navigate to the supplier's website and search for authorized retailers. We are sometimes listed as "BOUTIQUE TAG" or "TAG" depending on the supplier.
Can you change the address of my order?
Once an order has been shipped we cannot change the address for reasons of security. If an order has not yet been shipped, we ask that you cancel the order and place a new one with the desired shipping address.
Can I exchange my order?
If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy. You can also choose to receive your refund as store credit, which will enable you to purchase a replacement item quickly and seamlessly.
