The Stag Lake Parka tows the line between workwear and high end. Part of our Gold Series, it has subtle gold-plated accents not found on our other pieces. We recommend not sleeping on this one.

All orders received after midnight Eastern Standard Time on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.

Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by address or payment verification.

Refused Shipments

If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. All refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.

 

REGULAR PRICED ITEMS

You have 30 days following the date of delivery to return request your return.

Your items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
  • Be returned with original tags and packaging

ITEMS ON SALE

May be returned up to 30 days following the date of delivery for Exchange or TAGDOLLARS (Store Credit). TAG DOLLARS do not expire.

*Exception: If you are uncertain about your size and need to purchase two sizes of the same item, you may receive a refund for the one item you return.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT

Price Adjustment Policy

As a sign of our commitment to providing the best service possible, TAG offers customers a price protection policy under the following conditions:

  • A non sale item purchased has gone on sale or its price had been reduced within 7 days of having placed the order.
  • The item in question is still available on the website in the same style and size purchased.
  • Price adjustments may only be applied once per item.
  • Items on sale cannot be price adjusted.

      The best way to initiate a return, is to submit a request for a Return Authorization (RA) through the return center here: https://btreturns.myreturnscenter.com/

      CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

      Customers receive free shipping for returns.

      INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

      International customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local post.

      Step 1: Please write "CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING" as the reason of export the commercial invoice (also called the customs document). The shipping company will provide you with this. Without this, the return may not be successful or you will incur additional fees. 

      Step 2: Mark the value of the goods coming back to us as $20 CAD

      Step 3: Ship back the merchandise with tracking number to our returns department:

      REFUNDS

      Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.

      Please note: shipping fees will not be refunded.

      HOW TO EXCHANGE

      The best way to exchange is to make a return request for exchange and then simply purchase the new desired item. When we receive your return, we will refund the original purchase.

      Alternatively, you can ship back the item to us and we will send you the new item once we receive your return. However, in order to secure your size / item does not sell out during this process it is recommended to use the method above.
