Tom Dixon Tank Low Ball Glasses (Set of 2)
A pair of mouth-blown low ball glasses presented in gift-worthy packaging. Handmade in Poland, the set of cocktail glasses have a modern faded black finish, setting a mysterious and indulgent tone. This pair of Tank glasses take their sculptural cue from the functional shapes and volumes of scientific glassware. Featuring a hot-cut edge and an etched Tom Dixon logo.
Each glass is handmade and variations will occur between items. Colour may change over time due to the character of the material. Hand-wash in warm soapy water and dry with a soft cloth. Not dishwasher safe. Do not use abrasive agents as this will damage the surface. Also available as Champagne, Wine, Beer, High Ball and Whiskey glasses. The collection also includes a Jug, Decanter and Whiskey Decanter, and is available in a copper finish.

Returns
REFUNDS: You have 30 days following the date of purchase to return request your return for regular priced items.
Your items must meet the following conditions:
- Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
- Be returned with original tags and packaging attached.
*items on sale are non refundable, those items can still be returned for exchange or store credit.
TThe dust bag and/or shoe box must be returned alongside the footwear, in its original condition. Please be sure to place the shoe box inside a shipping box and not use the shoe box as the shipping box as we cannot sell this merchandise as brand new once returned.

REFUNDS
Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.
Please note: shipping fees will not be refunded.
HOW TO EXCHANGE
The best way to exchange is to make a return request for exchange and then simply purchase the new desired item. When we receive your return, we will refund the original purchase.
Alternatively, you can ship back the item to us and we will send you the new item once we receive your return. However, in order to secure your size / item does not sell out during this process it is recommended to use the method above.
FREQUENT RETURNS
We offer a lenient return policy to provide customers with an easy and convenient shopping experience. If you are experiencing sizing issues or consistently finding merchandise to be unsatisfactory, please contact our Customer Care team.
Frequent returns made from the same account will automatically be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may take action in the form of blocking an account and/or cancelling future orders.
We reserve the right to reject returns which do not comply with the return policy. Returns that do not respect the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address.
