Regular price items may be returned up to 7 days following the date of delivery. The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and must be accompanied by original tags.
All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back.
Original shipping fees are not refundable. The full amount, less shipping fees, will be refunded to your credit card within 7 business days of the reception of the item.
All returns are subject to inspection.
All returns must be shipped with a service providing a tracking number and insurance.
Please note, there is no refund for item(s) that is/are not claimed upon delivery or refused at the time of delivery.
All items returned to us for refusal will be charged a restocking fee.
In order to make an exchange, purchase the desired item and return the one you would like to return for a refund, if applicable.

HOW TO RETURN
1) Please email email@example.com for your Return Authorization #.
2) Once approved, all returned merchandise should be declared as a "CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING" on the commercial invoice; without this, the return may not be successful or you will incur additional fees.
3) All returned merchandise must be shipped by the LOCAL POSTAL SERVICE (USPS, Canada Post)
