Canada
• Orders shipped within Canada are subject to applicable federal and provincial sales taxes.
• As a Canadian-based company, Canadian orders are not subject to duties, since shipments do not cross international borders.
• All shipments include a tracking number and require a signature upon delivery.
United States
• Orders shipped to the U.S. may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once they arrive at your border.

Additional Shipping Policies
• Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, BOUTIQUE TAG is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
• Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural events, customs clearance, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
• Partial Shipments: In rare cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. Tracking details will be provided for each.
• Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur re-shipping fees.

Refused Shipments
• If you refuse delivery of your order, you will be responsible for:
• Any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges incurred on the package, and
• The return shipping cost.
• These amounts will be deducted from your refund.
• Additionally, all refused packages are subject to a 12% restocking fee.
